The Bluegrass State Games

It’s time to leave it all on the mat and finish February and the cold weather off with a bang! The information you have patiently been waiting for is finally here … on Sunday, February 27, 2011, Bourbon County High School and Middle School will host the 2011 FHTM Bluegrass State Games Cheer and Dance Championship!

There are lots of new and exciting things happening at this year’s event including over 50 cheer and dance divisions for all ages. From school teams, and all-stars everyone will have the opportunity to compete for the title of Grand Champion. In addition, parents and fans will be competing for the “Raise the Roof” award.
We hope that you will be able to join us.

The registration fee is just $10 per participant and the KHSAA is waiving the competition as one of your three. Also, just a reminder if you competed at the Middle School State competition or the Commonwealth Open, your team is eligible to compete for FREE, compliments of Team Spirit!

We hope that you see that this is so much more than just another competition. If you can’t join us this year, make plans to join us in the fall of 2011 for the next one.
