Letter to Soccer Officials
Dear Soccer Official:
I would like to invite you to apply to be an official at the Bluegrass State Games. As in years past this year’s event will be held in both Lexington and Versailles, KY. Youth games for the Under-08 through Under-14 age groups will be played the weekend of July 16-17, and the High School age groups will be played the weekend of July 23-24.
The Bluegrass State Games will once again provide housing for those officials traveling from out-of-town. Housing will be at the University of Kentucky dormitories.
For those referees that officiate High School matches, KHSAA will be hosting their Official’s Camp in conjunctions with the Bluegrass State Games. Registered officials with KHSAA will be receiving camp information directly from KHSAA. You will need to complete both the referee application for Bluegrass State Games and the KHSAA Camp application if you plan on attending the Camp.
The application to referee this year’s event is attached to this email. You will need Microsoft Excel to access the application. Please open the attachment, complete the form, save and email back to me or print and mail to me via USPS. Deadline for applying is June 20, 2011.
